Let me tell you the story of Ella's name. Before we were ever pregnant, Jarrod and I loved the name Ella. We thought it was a beautiful name-so elegant, sweet, and girly! Once we got pregnant and found out we were having a girl, we knew her name would be Ella. WELL, one day I was imagining our sweet baby girl, and I said her first and last name together-ELLA FRIEND. I was horrified when I realized that if you say her name quickly, it sounds like???? Do you hear it???? ELEPHANT! ELLA FRIEND! I was so bummed because I adored the name, but I did want her to be called an elephant. ANYWAY, I realized the name Ella was perfect and that elephants sure are cute. Other friends and family think so too, because Ella has lots of stuffed elephants now. Whenever we see an elephant, we feel compelled to buy it!

Elephants are adorable and Ella is a beautiful name. We were even thinking of the name Ella if we had a girl, but I was meant to be a mother of boys! :0)
