WHAT'S NEW AT 7 MONTHS?

Ella had a lot of firsts recently. She got her first teeth in on the bottom. That was painful! Tylenol was our friend and of course some TLC. I noticed the teeth on Mother's Day, perhaps that was my gift-LOL. She can now army crawl. She can get to whatever she wants. YIKES-she's mobile! She has not started crawling yet, but she will get in crawling position and rock. Speaking of rock, she bounces to the music every now and then. It is so cute! She sits up great now! Also, she can move from a sitting position to her belly with some grace. We have had more playdates recently, and Ella somewhat interacts. Or shall I say, steals their toys. Hey, she's a victim, too. She is enjoying bath time more. She splashes in the water and has stuck her face in it a few times. I cannot wait to take her to the pool. Ella is VERY vocal. She will let you know what she wants, likes, and does not like. Opinionated baby! She is now officially wearing 6 month clothes. So many dresses to wear, so little time before she's crawling. I love to watch her learn and grow each day. She brings so much joy to our lives. I could not imagine life without her! I am so excited to spend more time with her now that school is over. Not only does she capture my finger, she captures my heart!
